What Nuvra keeps about you and your venue, who helps process it, and how you control it.
What we keep
The email addresses of owners and managers; your venue's details and brand profile; the photos and logos you upload (location and device data in photos is removed); the posts, plans and drafts Nuvra creates; your approvals and publishing records; and the consent you record for people who appear in photos. Nuvra does not identify anyone in a photo.
Why
Only to run the service for your venue: planning, writing, designing and publishing your posts, and sending the emails you need (sign-in codes, invitations, notifications). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Who helps us process it
Amazon Web Services (hosting and file storage, Frankfurt, Germany), MongoDB Atlas (database), OpenAI (writing, planning and image preparation: it receives selected venue details, post text and small previews of the photos a post uses), Zernio (scheduling and publishing to Instagram and Facebook) and Resend (email). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Deleted photos and a deleted workspace can be restored for 30 days and are then erased. Hidden edit conversations and unused post versions are erased after 30 days. Approval, publishing and usage-cost records (no content) are kept for at least one year.
People in your photos
You confirm whether the people in a photo agreed to its use. A photo where this is unknown or restricted can't be published, and a photo that may show children needs an extra confirmation.
Your choices
Owners can export everything and delete single photos or the whole workspace under Venue → Your data. For access, correction or any other request, write to us. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
Cookies
Nuvra sets only the cookie that keeps you signed in and the one that remembers your language. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
