Terms of use
Private alpha version · 1 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Nuvra during the private alpha. Paid terms will replace them before any charge.
The service
Nuvra helps a venue plan, create and publish social posts. It is a private alpha: it can change, be unavailable or contain mistakes.
Your account
Use Nuvra only for a venue you own or manage. Owners decide who joins the team. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself.
What you are responsible for
The photos you upload, the people in them and the facts in your posts (prices, offers, dates, claims) are yours to check. Confirm you have the right to use each photo and that the people shown agreed. Nuvra never publishes without your explicit approval of the final post and its time, and reading the post before you approve it is your job.
AI-made content
Nuvra uses AI to write, design and sometimes edit or generate images. Review everything before you approve. Nuvra keeps a record of the images AI made or changed for each post, but does not mark them in the app or in the published text. Labelling them where Instagram or Facebook require it is up to you.
Instagram and Facebook
If you connect accounts, posts go out through Zernio to accounts you own, and Instagram's and Facebook's own rules apply to what you publish.
What not to do
No unlawful, misleading or harmful content, no photos of people who haven't agreed, and no attempts to reach other venues' data or to disrupt the service.
Ending
You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time under Venue → Your data. Access that breaks these terms can be suspended.
Changes
These terms can be updated; the date above shows the current version.
